Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Once top-up or card issuance is successful, the transaction is non-refundable

  • Mistaken operations by users (e.g., wrong wallet address, incorrect top-up options)

  • Refund requests after the card has been used will be declined

Exceptions Eligible for Refund:

  • System errors or failed top-up attempts where services cannot be delivered

  • Technical issues that render the card unusable (subject to platform verification)
